How hot are infrared classes?

Our popular Infrared Heated classes are offered in "warm" and "hot" with eco-friendly infrared heating panels - to provide the perfect blend of heat, moisture and fresh clean air. "Warm" classes run from low to mid 80s, and "Hot" classes from upper 80s to low 90s - based on the season and teacher's discretion.

Reserve your favorite classes up to 10 minutes before start time. A Zoom link will be emailed to you just before class. Can’t make it live? No worries—you’ll receive a 48-hour recording to practice when it works for you.
