A former NCAA D1 gymnast, Brittney draws from nearly 8 years of teaching yoga sculpt in the DMV and her 20 years of gymnastics to inform her teaching of mobility and movement. Brittney revels most in cultivating strength through community. Her genuine exuberance for teaching creates an energizing team environment where her students will feel seen and emboldened to take up space as their most powerful selves.
