Fun Fact/Talent:

Eden first discovered yoga in college when she craved a practice that was both physical and mental. Since 2018, her classes have offered both, rooted in sharing an authentic personal intention that she hopes resonates with all of her students on and off the mat.

She loves creating and holding space. Her classes are set to music that inspires exploration and her flows are powerful, always bringing her theme to life. In 2021, she also received her Mindfulness Instructor certification.

When Eden isn't teaching or practicing herself, she loves to read fiction and works in workplace wellbeing.

What I love about Flow:
I love the community! Teaching and practicing next to students week after week helps me be my best self — creating and sharing a safe space.
