Lauren Baumert is a graduate of Flow’s Teacher Training program and has been practicing for over six years. She is passionate about sharing her practice to help students grow and empower themselves on and off the mat. In her free time, you can find Lauren enjoying at concert at the 9:30 Club or catching a movie at the theater.
