Tyler is a born-and-raised Coloradan who fell in love with DC after she moved to the city in 2019. She is a 200-E-RYT yoga instructor and has been teaching yoga and fitness since 2016. Her biggest passion is joyful movement, and it shows. Her classes are fun and empowering and she strives to create an environment in which everyone can thrive. When Tyler isn’t in the studio, you can find her reading, climbing, biking, listening to Taylor Swift, laying in the sun, and/or talking about astrology. Tyler lives with her partner and their two cats in NW DC.

What I love about Flow:
I LOVE teaching at flow because the vibes are simply immaculate! The entire community is filled with the most wonderful people that DC has to offer AND the studios are gorgeous. What else could you ask for?!?!
